Day Clock 1.2

The Day Clock app is an iPad-exclusive application designed to assist elderly individuals, particularly those experiencing dementia, in easily identifying the time and date. The interface prominently displays the current "Day Name" and "Day Part" (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night), making it user-friendly for those who may struggle with conventional timekeeping methods.

Additionally, this app features a convenient on-screen button that enables voice narration of the time and date, enhancing accessibility for users with varying levels of cognitive function.

For optimal performance when using the app as a full-time display connected to power, the following settings adjustments are recommended:

• Settings - Display & Brightness - Auto-Lock - "Never"
• Settings - Display & Brightness - "Night Shift"
• Settings - Accessibility - Display & Text Size - Auto-Brightness

To prevent unintended navigation away from the app, activating the "Guided Access" feature under Accessibility settings is advisable. This enhances the overall usability of the app for its intended audience.
